6 weeks old

Megan regularly sleeps for one 5-hour stretch at night (thank you). She is usually awake during Abby's nap. Yeh, no nap for Mommy, but we get good Mommy and Megan time. Last night we all went to listen to the Alabama Symphony Orchestra, outdoors. There were fireworks for the finale. Everyone enjoyed it, especially Abby. We are all doing great!

Tummy time

I am 6 weeks old today!!! Abby lays next to me and encourages me to pick up my head. I can pick it up and turn it from side to side.

Ironing

Mommy was ironing in the other room. I made it so clear that the iron is very hot that Abby thinks it might burn her if she is in the same room. She kept checking to make sure I had not burned myself.

Tent time

Abby drew on her easel while in the tent. Then we had a birthday party with bears.

Learning to write

All the way on the left is the letter "P". It always has a very long line with a little circle. Then there are two "4"s. One is backwards and one is laying on it's back.

I love my swing!

5 1/2 weeks and growing quickly. She is almost out of her 3-6 month PJs.

April 12, 2006 at 8:28 am, 7 pounds 6 ounces, 20 inches long. She always has her arms in the air like she is on a rollercoaster. Maybe she will like going to Six Flags with Daddy.

So peaceful!

Tata (Susanne) gave Abby a complete ladybug rain ensemble. She loves to walk in the rain. Thanks Tata!

Megan joins us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in her kick and play. She is on a fairly regular schedule already. The two girls have actually been napping together (at least for a little while) in the afternoons.
