Check out our fort under the crib

I was so proud when I crawled on top of the box

The Girls' Birthday Party

Abby and Megan turn 4 and 1

Abby is growing very well. She loves to read, do puzzles, and run around outside. She is right on target for height and weight.

Megan was 18lbs 2oz and 28in at her 1 year appointment. That's 10th and 20th percentile, respectively. She's little, but would you expect anyone in our family to be big?

The girls play very well together. Abby is helpful and Megan is learning to do things on her own. She is already an independent little girl. They are such a joy.

9 month check up

I had my 9 month check up today. I was 16 lbs 11 oz (30%), 26 3/4 in tall (50%), and my head circ 17 in (20%, a pea head like my sister). Dr. Stone said everything was great. I am still always happy, especially if I can play with Abby.

I love Tata!

We were all together at Mom and Dad's for Christmas.

Big, Giant Memory

When we play with all of the cards, Abby calls it "big, giant, memory". Not too many people beat Abby...really.

Learning to feed myself

Megan is doing well feeding herself.

Go Patriots!

You can not imagine how excited Abby gets about the prospect of a basketball game. She's a "real" cheerleader because she sits with the cheerleaders at the game and uses their pom poms.

Loves to Stand

Megan loves to stand. Especially if Abby is playing right next to her.

Megan's First Christmas Dress

Mom made the dresses.

Abby's Christmas Dress

It's warm enough to take pictures outside in a short-sleeved dress with out shoes.

Still always happy

She is such a joy!

Mom's 60th Birthday

Mom had all her girls together. Susanne, Abby, Megan, an myself were all there. Oh yea, that's my dinning room and part of my living room.

We're Baaaaack!

So, I downloaded new virus software a couple of months ago. There was a problem with it. It would not allow me to allow pop-ups ( required to make the blog). Then the hard drive on the computer died so I had to install a new hard drive, install the operating system, download and install new drivers, and all software that was on there before. And now, yeah, the virus software is allowing pop-ups. I will keep this up again. It's really easy.

Merry Christmas

Abby is Santa (see boots, hat, and gloves; ignore leopard pants and hula shirt (she dressed herself)). Megan is the reindeer.

Miss Brown

Abby is the teacher. Megan, Besty, and Brown Bear are the students.

Always Happy

Kentucky Lake

Kentucky Lake at the annual Brown family reunion. Abby had a blast! She went nonstop with her cousins; swimming, playing games, and going for golf cart rides. Megan was excellent.

At the park by our house. Abby loves slides, just not the curly ones.

Abby is showing Megan how to sleep in a big bed. Not yet Megan. You have to wait a few years.

8 Weeks Old

Megan is 11 lbs 2 oz and 22 inches long. She is sleeping and eating very well. She loves listening to music. We had our first outing to the park this week. She slept the whole time.
